Returns/Refund Information

Kronicvapes offers 12 months warranty on all non perishable items.

We do not offer a returns option on perishable goods (E Liquids) for example if you do not like the product, taste or, in your opinion, it doesn’t taste like you “expected”.

The consumer shall check all goods when you receive them as any warranty will run from the date of your receipt.

If it is claimed any of our products are not functioning correctly a member of the team at Kronicvapes will attempt to troubleshoot the product in the first instance.

The consumer has 14 day cooling off period once they receive their item. If after this period, they wish to return it they have another 14 days from that date to return the items back to us. However, you must inform us within 7 days after the cooling off period, should you wish to do this.

If returning a perishable item (E Liquid)  you must ensure it has not been opened or tampered with.

Delivery charges are non-refundable on any cancelled items and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Kronicvapes.  

You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sellable condition, brand new and unopened. They must be cosmetically perfect. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly and at your cost.

Our warranty does not extend to perishable items (E Liquids) due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer warranty on either. This is unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.

A refund will only be issued once the team at Kronicvapes is satisfied that the request meets the criteria above.
